COMMISSION AGENT
We work on Import of commodity goods to Ethiopia mostly from Middle Eastern countries. Export of our Agro Products (Coffee Beans, Sesame seeds …) are largely to Asian countries. One of our export specialty products is TAHINI (Sesame Paste). We offer a world class standard certified TAHINI produced from the number 1 sesame in the world – Humera Type Sesame. We also sell products that we think it might have good potential for our client base as a commission agent.

TAHINI - SESAME PASTE No.1

Tahini is a paste made from toasted and ground sesame seeds. Considered a staple of Mediterranean cuisine, tahini is often featured in traditional Asian, Middle Eastern, and African dishes as well. It's an incredibly versatile ingredient and can be served as a dip, spread, or condiment.
Tahini contains more protein than milk and most nuts. It's a rich source of B vitamins that boost energy and brain function, vitamin E, which is protective against heart disease and stroke, and important minerals, such as magnesium, iron and calcium. Most people prefer the paler type, made from hulled (skinned) seeds.
It also helps to maintain healthy skin and muscle tone. - It's easy for your body to digest because of its high alkaline mineral content, which is great for assisting in weight loss. - The phytoestrogens present in tahini, are extremely beneficial in managing hormones in women.
ROASTED COFFEE / GREEN BEANS

Ethiopian originated Arabica coffee is relatively rich in antioxidants and therefore it may have a protective effect against the risk of CVDs (Agudelo-Ochoa et al., 2016).
[One can say they have a floral acidity and produce a bright, almost intensely flavored cup. The taste is often described as "wild" or "jammy" and is reminiscent of a blackberry.]
Coffee from Ethiopia is known for its bright fruited and floral flavors. These coffees typically have a higher acidity, light to medium body and complex flavor notes. The beans are either washed or naturally processed. ... These beans are characterized by their flavor clarity, showcasing bright, complex notes.
It's considered the best coffee in the world because the roasts are mostly cultivated in high altitudes and excellent climate conditions. Furthermore, most of the coffee farms grow the heirloom variety of Coffea Arabica, which is the “queen” of all coffees in the world.

The best Brazilian coffee is soft, nutty, low acidity, and offers a nice bittersweet chocolate taste. Because of this, Brazilian coffee makes for an excellent base for making flavored coffees. A good Brazil coffee can add a lot to espresso blends too.
